How do I know what size to order?
Check our Size Guide for an age-to-measurement chart. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for room to grow.

Do your products run true to size?
Our pieces are generally true to size. That said, every child grows a little differently, and small variations can occur during manufacturing — so we recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering, and sizing up if your little one is between sizes or on the taller/bigger side for their age

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery, item must be unused with tags intact, and the reason must be a defect, wrong item, or wrong size sent by us — customer pays return shipping unless we made the error. Refunds take 5–7 working days via bank transfer or store credit

How should I wash these items?
Most of our pieces are hand wash cold and lay flat to dry . check the care details listed on each product page, as fabrics like net, lawn, and embroidered pieces need gentler handling.
