Returns, Exchanges & Open Parcel Policy
At Whispering Poppers, customer satisfaction, transparency, and fair dealing are our top priorities. To make your shopping experience confident and trustworthy across Pakistan, we offer an Open & Check Before Payment option for Cash on Delivery orders along with a clear 3-day return and exchange policy. These guidelines ensure clarity and mutual convenience for both our customers and our brand.

1. Open & Check Before Payment (COD Orders)
a. This facility is available for all orders.
b. Before making payment to the rider, you may open the parcel and visually inspect:
(1) The physical condition of the article (no visible damage or defect)
(2) Correct design, color, and size as ordered
(3) Tags and packaging are intact
c. This inspection is for visual checking only. The outfit must not be worn or tried on.
d. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
(1) You may refuse the parcel and return it to the rider without making payment
(2) You must inform our support team the same day with clear pictures on WhatsApp
e. Once you pay the rider and accept the parcel:
(1) The item is considered received in correct condition
(2) The 5-day return and exchange policy will apply
2. Return & Exchange Window
a. You may request a return or exchange within 3 calendar days of receiving your parcel.
b. Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
3. Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange After Delivery
a. A defect is found after opening the parcel.
b. The wrong item was sent by us.
c. The wrong size was sent by us.
d. A genuine quality issue is identified.
4. Conditions for Return Approval
a. The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
b. Original tags and packaging must be intact.
c. The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
d. You must share the order number and clear pictures with our team via WhatsApp.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
a. Requests made after 3 days.
b. Outfit has been worn, washed, or altered.
c. Tags or packaging are missing.
d. Wrong size ordered by the customer after checking the size chart.
e. Parcel accepted during Open & Check and later returned for reasons that were visibly checkable at delivery.
6. Size Exchange Policy
a. One size exchange is allowed within 3 days.
b. Customer will pay the courier charges for size exchange.
c. If the required size is out of stock:
(1) You may choose a store credit, or
(2) Request a refund.
7. Return & Exchange Procedure
a. Step 1 – Request Approval
(1) Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days.
(2) Share order number, clear pictures, and reason for return or exchange.
(3) Our team will respond within 24 working hours.
b. Step 2 – Return Approval
(1) You will receive return confirmation and return instructions.
(2) Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
c. Step 3 – Pack the Item
(1) Pack in original packaging.
(2) Ensure tags are attached.
(3) Do not wash, wear, or alter the outfit.
d. Step 4 – Send the Parcel
(1) Courier the parcel to the provided address.
(2) Share the courier slip picture as proof on WhatsApp.
(3) Courier charges are the customer’s responsibility except if we sent a wrong or defective item.
e. Step 5 – Inspection
(1) Our team will inspect the parcel within 1–2 working days after receiving it.
f. Step 6 – Exchange or Refund
(1) Exchange will be dispatched within 2–3 working days, or
(2) Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or store credit.
8. Order Cancellation
a. Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch without any charges.
b. After dispatch, the return policy will apply.
